Officially life-changing!

Saved me from a hysterectomy

I don’t use DIM for acne, but I use it for my chronic endometriosis, cysts on my ovaries that painfully explode from time to time, & adenomyosis that caused severe pain and bleeds for literally years.

My uterus was so inflamed and massive from bleeding into the muscle and enlarging. (This was due to a caesarean.) It was not responding to various hormone treatments, but enter Olio DIM (I have used others, but they didn’t work. Olio has the right balance of other supplements to aid absorption.)
Not only does it stop heavy bleeds and start regulating with regular use, but the uterus shrunk and the inflammation and chronic low back pain and ovarian pain settles down.

Everyone says ‘just get a hysterectomy,’ including doctors, but my back is broken in two places. It would cause pelvic floor prolapse and my spine to degenerate further so it is not an option.

So now I get to keep my lady parts!
It is the single greatest supplement I have ever taken! Thank you very much! :-)

Less painful periods & clear skin

I used to get painful blind pimples during certain times of the month. I knew that the cause had to be hormonal, because I use excellent skincare products, and the pimples were deep under the skin. I've been using DIM for 7 weeks and haven't had any breakouts in the last 3-4 weeks. I also noticed that I have less painful periods, which is a great bonus! I take the capsules before bedtime and I'm sure it's improved my sleep as well.

Surprisingly amazing, worked from day 1

I was sceptic at first, seeing that I've tried so many products & creams.
