Strawberry Dream Uplifting Smoothie

We like to keep our smoothies clean! Often a, healthy smoothie could turn into a calorie-heavy, sugar filled mess that ultimately leaves you feeling bloated and sluggish.

Our strawberry dream is just the right amount of smoothie and a whole lot of deliciousness! It is packed with anti-oxidants and all the nutrients you need to get your day started. 

Ingredients:

All smoothie ingredients can be fresh or frozen. Hint: frozen banana pieces make the smoothie extra dreamy!

1 Cup Almond Milk / Fat-Free Milk

1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

1 Large Ripe Banana

1 Tbs Chia Seeds

3 Drops Of Calm Oil

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients into your blender until smooth. Enjoy your smoothie with a sprinkle of coconut or some mint leaves.
